All payments are processed immediately at checkout through Stripe and PayPal.

Product Representation and Display
We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see depend on your monitor’s settings and display quality, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s representation will be 100% accurate to the physical product. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.


SECTION 6 - BILLING, PAYMENTS & ORDER PROCESSING

Billing & Payment Processing
- All payments are securely processed at checkout via Stripe and PayPal
- Your payment method will be charged immediately upon completing the purchase
- All applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address
- You agree to provide accurate billing and account information for all purchases

  • Order Processing & Shipping
    Orders are processed and dispatched according to the timelines indicated on our product pages or Shipping Policy.
  • A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has been shipped.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and selected shipping method at checkout.
  • Delivery Disputes (Delivered Status):Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. Claycali is not liable for theft, loss, or carrier errors occurring after a successful delivery scan.

Order Modifications, Cancellations & Refusal of Service

  • Orders can be modified or canceled before shipping by contacting our customer service.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, orders that appear to be placed by unauthorized dealers, resellers, or distributors.
  • In the event of a cancellation, we will attempt to notify you via the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Failed or Refused Deliveries
It is the customer's responsibility to provide current, complete, and accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Claycali shall not be held liable for any failed deliveries, lost packages, or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. In such events, we are not obligated to resend the order or provide a refund. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal upon delivery, any return fees or shipping costs may be deducted from any potential store credit or refund at our sole discretion.
